Linzy & Anthony’s Adventure | Fire Station and Lake Wenatchee Engagement Photos

Linzy and Anthony first met through work, when their companies were stationed at the same wildfire (Linzy being a paramedic, and Anthony a firefighter). Since their professions are such a big part of their lives, and their love story, it only seemed appropriate to begin their session at the Wenatchee firehouse, which was such a cool experience – especially since firefighter engagement photos had been on our bucket list for a long time! After photos at the fire station, we embraced the snowy weather and drove out to Lake Wenatchee for sunset. Washington’s State Parks always make great spots for engagement photos. Their easy to drive to, picturesque landscapes make perfect backdrops when we don’t have a ton of time to make a hike. It was a gorgeously sunny winter day, and we weren’t the only photographers at Lake Wenatchee taking advantage of the weather. The lake shore was an awesome spot to explore around, and we ended up taking an interesting route out to some fallen logs. As the sun fell, it lit up the lake in yellows and oranges, and the snow highlighted the mountains in the background making Linzy & Anthony’s Lake Wenatchee Engagement Photos so unique. Each time we’re able to make it up into the northern Cascades it’s a treat, especially in the winter!
