Kate & Vic’s Love Story | An Intimate Backyard Lake Sawyer Wedding in Black Diamond with a Surprise Reception

Vic and Kate’s Lake Sawyer Wedding was a beautifully intimate backyard affair. Joe and I included, the guest count was less than 20, and we all fit perfectly on the back deck of a friend’s house on the lake. Vic and Kate are so much fun to be around, and their enthusiasm and excitement for their wedding day was contagious. After their first look on the dock, we took some photos around the lakehouse before their ceremony. The ceremony was short and sweet, performed by a close family friend. Vic and Kate both wrote their own vows to one another, which were actually quite similar; a testament that these two are perfect together! After the ceremony there were toasts, and Kate was told Vic was taking her for an adventure. Everyone but her knew Vic had quite the surprise up his sleeve…
