Situated on 5 acres of naturally forested land it is the perfect location for the secluded magical forest wedding or elopement of your dreams. The wood benched ceremony area will seat 150, as you exchange vows in the fairytale setting of moss-covered old growth stumps, hundreds of ferns, and moss draped vine maples.”
Any Olympic Peninsula Wedding is like a day of regeneration for us as photographers, we love it out there, and wedding days never disappoint. I could talk all day about how much we loved shooting a wedding at Fern Acres, but I think the real story here is just how much fun their last photo of the day was! We always make it our mission to make sure a wedding day goes out on a high note, at least photographically speaking haha. To achieve that sometimes, we help out couple plan an elaborate celebratory exit with sparklers or bubbles or anything fun really. Other times it’s a shot we have been cooking up all day where we break out the flashes, and get our creative juices going. Lately it has involved a LOT of champagne! For this wedding day though we thought why not try and combine a couple ideas and do a champagne exit with everyone cheering them on. We think it turned it pretty incredible, hope you like it!
