Chrissy & Sean had a beautiful industrial boho Sodo Park wedding. They mixed style with personal details and truly embraced making the wedding about them! We love when couples take the wheel and create a day that embraces their relationship, personality, and is a big celebration for their guests. And, they did it from hundreds of miles away. We can’t say enough good things about these two. Both in the medical profession, they are incredibly selfless and personable with hearts of gold. That definitely includes their large group of friends who doubled as their wedding party. You could see in the emotions of their wedding day how much these two couldn’t wait to marry each other. And, how lucky they felt to be marrying each other as well.
To achieve the boho chic look they were going for with their photos, we suggested the most boho and botanical place we could think of in Seattle – the Volunteer Park Conservatory – for their first look and photos. In May, the park was green and beautiful and perfectly complemented their vibe. After photos, we went down to see Sodo Park for the first time that day. Sodo Park is a gorgeous blank slate on its own. Chrissy & Sean had it decked out in greenery and geometric decor to bring the boho chic to the industrial feel of the space. The party went late into the evening with the groom making a cameo appearance on drums with the band and the whole crowd cheering him on.
Winter Barn Wedding | Snohomish, Washington Caitlin and Adam’s Carleton Farms wedding was perfect rustic elegance. They brought pops of color in that were indicative of the winter season, and it brightened up the barn and the fields at Carlton Farms. Caitlin and Adam’s love is so sweet and playful. Just by the smallest look…
Shyann and Yurik are two of the coolest people on the planet. Little did we know we’d make…
Angela and Eric had a winter wedding at the Leavenworth Heritage Center. It was a freezing cold day in January, but everyone was prepared (especially Angela!) Warm thoughts were envisioned by all from Angela and Eric’s genuine and sweet first look all the way through some adventurous portraits in the evening snow storm. Does the…
Joe and I have both called Manhattan, Kansas home for a while now, but we both think it might be time for a new adventure. We’re moving to Washington and becoming Seattle wedding photographers as of summer 2015! Do you know the feeling you get when you’ve been thinking about something for so long,…
Amy & Rocky’s Adventure | Fall Northwest Coast Engagement Photos Off of Chuckanut Drive, somewhere between Bow and Bellingham, is a discrete hike down to a little beach. We would never have known of its existence at all if another S&P couple hadn’t taken us there before, and we definitely couldn’t point it out…
