Announcing Adventure Photography Sessions! | Seattle Wedding and Adventure Photographers

We’re so excited to finally announce a new session we’ll be offering – The Adventure Session! The two of us have LOVED shooting engagement sessions in National Parks like Mount Ranier, Arches, and Grand Teton, as well as numerous State Parks and other hiking trails, and we want to shoot in places like these MORE! Then, we had an inquiry for a couple who were looking for photographers to capture some of the fun things they were planning for their honeymoon (talk about an AWESOME idea!) and we thought, “That would be a DREAM! How can we do this MORE?” So, enter the idea for the Adventure Session! Our hope is Adventure Sessions will give us and our couples the ability to have their engagement session, bridal session, or day after session in more locations off the beaten path that are meaningful to them! AND it will allow us to include vacation, honeymoon or adventure photography sessions for couples visiting (or already living in) the Pacific Northwest as well!

Let me explain more about the specifics of an Adventure Session.

Adventure Sessions are for couples whose ideal location may be off the beaten path. Adventure sessions make the normal hassles of distance, time and convenience less of a concern. Adventure sessions can be used as an engagement session, day after session, bridal session, honeymoon or vacation session, or just because! Adventure sessions give you 2-3+ hours of shooting time, travel within 150 miles of Silverdale, WA or Seattle, WA, and includes extra hiking and/or other travel time outside of shooting hours. Adventure sessions are meant to be a little more open-ended, and customizable to fit your needs!

This differs from a standard engagement session in a lot of ways! Our standard engagement sessions (or day after/bridal sessions) include 1-2 hours of shooting/hiking/travel time, up to 2 locations, and travel within 60 miles of Silverdale, WA or Seattle, WA.

We want to be able to shoot you and your loved one at the summit of your favorite hiking trail, or at your back country camping spot. We want to hike out to your favorite beach, shoot sunset and then wait for the starts to come out for more photos. We want to tell your love story at a meaningful spot – however many miles it may be outside of the city center. We want to come with you on your adventure – hiking, biking, surfing, canoeing, or camping. We promise we won’t be third (or fourth) wheels. We know you can have pretty pictures in a park in Seattle anytime; we want to capture an experience, a memory, and an adventure with you that is as unique and genuine as your relationship is!

Pricing and availability for adventure sessions is heavily dependant on the scope of the session, so please contact us about your ideas! If you are looking into our wedding packages, any included engagement session or day after session can be upgraded to an adventure session as well!
