In Engagement, Kansas

We had a blast exploring the dirt roads of the flint hills with these two for their country engagement session. Amanda and Jake knew exactly what they wanted; a country setting, and to bring their two pups along. Ernie and Maggie were too cute. I guess I should probably tell you that Amanda and Jake were pretty cute together too. Not to mention well dressed! We explored the back roads and fields of the flint hills together on a beautiful day. If you like plaid, lace, four legged friends, hay bales, dirt roads, old barns and killer sunsets you’ll swoon over their engagement session. You may also noticed we tried a new shot with Amanda and Jake! (the horizontal on the dirt road) We always love trying new things with our couples to keep things fresh, and Joe is always extra excited when those new things involve a more technical aspect of photography. Believe it or not, that shot is actually 20 or so photos stitched together, and gives the photo a really unique, dreamy look. We’ll be trying one of these shots with every one of our couples this season, so keep checking back for more! We love being able to deliver something unique to our couples, and we’re really excited to add this special shot (err, shots?) to the mix!
