Winter Barn Wedding | Snohomish, Washington

Caitlin and Adam’s Carleton Farms wedding was perfect rustic elegance. They brought pops of color in that were indicative of the winter season, and it brightened up the barn and the fields at Carlton Farms. Caitlin and Adam’s love is so sweet and playful. Just by the smallest look or touch they could make each other laugh with ease – we love photographing couples with smiles as genuine as theirs.

As far as barns go, Carleton Farms in Snohomish is one of our favorite barn wedding venues in the Seattle area. Their barn is cozy and a blank slate with both indoor and outdoor space for a wedding ceremony. Since it was December, Caitlin and Adam chose to have their wedding inside, with just strings of lights for a romantic ambiance.

And even on a cloudy day we couldn’t help but be all smiles for these two. The clouds brought an overall moody feel to their images and wedding day that everyone in the PNW knows all too well during the winter months. We really focused on the two of them, and the emotions they were feeling about being married.
